In light of the recent devastation in and around Texas, we have made a strategic and necessary decision to devote half of our Wayne County Fair booth to become a Disaster Relief Collection Center. The other half of the booth will be devoted to the Shoe Drive.

Here’s the scoop:

1. We are still collecting shoes!

Nothing about the shoe drive has changed. We are still committed to collecting, as the need is just as real as before. Don’t forget to go through your closets for new/gently used shoes to donate! If every one of us donated a pair of shoes and included $5, we’d meet our goals.

2. We will also be collecting items for Disaster Relief Efforts.

Our partner church, Bayou City Fellowship, has asked for these items specifically.
Masks
Work Gloves
Contractor Trash Bags

3. #forTexas T-shirts.

We will be selling #forTexas tees exclusively at our booth at the Wayne County Fair, while supplies last, proceeds go to Harvey Relief.

We’re praying God rocks our world and gives us the coolest opportunity to rally our community! Pray that we could offer hope and healing in the name of Jesus to our community, our region and around the world!
