Cru

Ben and Sandie Dyke met in college at Kent State University where they were both involved with Cru. They were married in March 1998. Ben grew up attending Grace Church. They have three sons:  Bailey (2002), Carter (2004) and Hayden (2007).  They joined staff with Cru in January 2000 and worked with students in Cleveland/NE Ohio for 10 years. Currently, Ben is the National Director of Operations for the U.S. Campus Ministry. He serves on the National Operations Leadership team giving leadership to operations staff across the country and 800+ campus ministries. In the U.S. Campus Ministry, we are trusting God to give the 19 million students on 4000+ campuses the opportunity to know how to have a relationship with God and opportunities to grow in that relationship. Ben gives operational leadership in the areas of conferences/events, finance, graphic/video design, mission trip operations, music, properties, and technology. Sandie evaluates new missionary applicants as they seek to join the ministry of Cru. They now reside in Fishers, Indiana.

Mark and Roxanne Johnson were married in 2009. Roxanne (Weaver) grew up attending Grace Church and has served with Cru ever since college. They live in Iowa, where Mark is the lead pastor of a church and Roxanne works with Cru remotely. Roxanne develops, writes, and edits devotionals published in the YouVersion Bible platform with a small team of Cru staff. In addition to writing devotionals on many different topics in many different languages, her team has worked with Kingdom Story Company to write devotionals based on their movies, including American Underdog and Jesus Revolution. Because YouVersion is a global platform, their vision is to reach people with the Gospel through technology and Christ-centered devotionals. In addition, she develops, organizes, and writes the monthly regional newsletter for Cru.
