A Conversation on Mental Health in the Workplace
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. For this Lunch & Learn, we’ll sit down with a few leaders in the Mental Health field to ask some questions, like: Has the stigma of mental health changed? Is there such thing as too much focus on introspection and therapy? How can leaders help build resiliency and encourage coping skills? Where is the line drawn between caring for people and providing care? How can we stay empathetic to this issue while still holding our teams accountable to increasing levels of excellence?
The purpose of this conversation isn’t to find all the answers. Rather, it’s to keep asking the right questions and continue learning among leaders so we can build healthier cultures, stronger teams, and great environments to work in
