History

Dollar Club was launched by Grace Church in 2021 as a means to invite everyone in the church to participate in meaningful projects that have local, regional and global impact by contributing the “change in their pockets” on designated Sundays.

Purpose

The purpose of Dollar Club is to enable attenders at Grace Church to understand that “giving even a little” goes a long way to make an impact for the cause of Christ in our world.

Recent Projects

  • Back to School – Fall ‘21

Grace Church gave Dollar Club funds to purchase laptop computers for our orphan homes in Cambodia and Thailand ($22,587) and to construct the roofs for five elementary schools in Chad ($23,921.13)

  • Food Insecurity – Winter ‘22

Grace Church gave Dollar Club funds to help provide food for under-resourced students at Liberty Preparatory School ($10,000), Key Club of Wooster High School ($3,000) and the Career Center of Wayne County ($2,000).

Future Opportunities

Grace Church will continue to look for local, regional and global projects which can be addressed 3-4 times each year through this giving strategy. Our prayer is that God will use these acts of generosity to open hearts and minds to the Gospel of Christ.
