Branches Worldwide works to identify leaders around the globe who use sustainable businesses to impact the spiritual, economic, and social condition of their community. The organization matches leaders up with mentors, helping them deepen their character, grow their faith, and increase their influence within their local communities. Branches Worldwide also consults with leaders, enabling them to build redemptive businesses that make a transformational impact.

Ben and Sandie Dyke met in college at Kent State University where they were both involved with Cru. They were married in March 1998. Ben grew up attending Grace Church. They have three sons:  Bailey (2002), Carter (2004) and Hayden (2007).  They joined staff with Cru in January 2000 and worked with students in Cleveland/NE Ohio for 10 years. Currently, Ben is the National Director of Operations for the U.S. Campus Ministry. He serves on the National Operations Leadership team giving leadership to operations staff across the country and 800+ campus ministries. In the U.S. Campus Ministry, we are trusting God to give the 19 million students on 4000+ campuses the opportunity to know how to have a relationship with God and opportunities to grow in that relationship. Ben gives operational leadership in the areas of conferences/events, finance, graphic/video design, mission trip operations, music, properties, and technology. Sandie evaluates new missionary applicants as they seek to join the ministry of Cru. They now reside in Fishers, Indiana.

Mike, Michelle, and Evan serve with a multicultural and inclusive team that runs a social enterprise coffee shop and vocational training program for neurodiverse young adults. In addition, they are collaborating with local churches to become more accessible to people of different abilities and also hope to assist in the development of a contextual biblical theology of disability with key local church leaders. Their vision is to build, model, and mobilize a movement of inclusive workplaces, accessible communities, and welcoming churches where people of all abilities can follow Jesus and transform their city.

Andrew & Sara Royer have had a stirring in their hearts to be involved in God’s work overseas for many years. It has been their desire to see the light of the gospel dawn among nations who are still in darkness. Andrew and Sara followed God’s calling and moved their family to Brazil in 2013 to train missionaries with New Tribes Mission [now Ethnos360]. Andrew & Sara are currently serving in the US, providing leadership and training for missionary candidates who will plant churches among unreached peoples. Andrew is the president of Ethnos360 Bible Institute [EBI] and teaches Bible. Sara is involved in mentoring ladies and serves in various roles. Their focus is preparing potential missionary candidates with a solid understanding of God’s word, and godly character. They reside in Waukesha, WI.

Jason has recently been named the Africa Regional Director for Encompass World Partners after having spent 11 years in Cameroon working to open and develop the Bible Institute there. Jason will continue to work to develop greater partnerships for the gospel and church planting among the least-reached people groups and also work to support church planting with leadership development.  Jason will be spending about three months each year in Africa working with our partners.

Christy is working with Encompass in the area of Training and Member Care as she focuses on Third Culture Kids (TCKs), and helping families be prepared for the unique challenges and joys they face living abroad.

Jason and Christy are now based in Ashland, Ohio.

For over 1,000 years, this regions was a bastion of Christendom, but later became a strong propagator of Islam. Today less than one percent of the people in Central Asia are evangelical. Few of the 73 million Muslims have ever heard of the gospel. R & Y are working to make contacts with those around them to share the good news. The Pregnancy Care Center (PCC) of Wayne County is dedicated to engaging, equipping, and empowering individuals facing unplanned pregnancies or seeking reproductive health information. With locations in Wooster and Orrville, the PCC provides a range of free, confidential services, including pregnancy testing, limited ultrasounds, and STI testing performed by licensed medical professionals. Beyond medical services, they offer ongoing support through parenting education classes, adoption information, and counseling, creating a compassionate environment where clients can access the resources and guidance needed to make informed, healthy decisions for their future.

Oasis of Hope serves the Medina community by providing free, confidential support, resources, and accurate information to individuals navigating pregnancy and parenting. Their center offers a compassionate space where clients can access free pregnancy testing, educational resources on pregnancy and sexual health, and support services tailored to empower individuals to make informed, healthy choices for their future. They are committed to providing hope and personalized support for men, women, and their families.

Ohio will soon be home to Safe Harbor, a place of hope and healing for child survivors of sex trafficking. Ohio is ranked seventh in population in the United States, but fifth in the number of reported cases of human trafficking. Founder and CEO Melissa Brown says “When I learned about the realities of sex trafficking, my heart broke. How could I know that this is going on and do nothing? I couldn’t.” Safe Harbor will provide trauma-informed, holistic care for the girls on-site, including: medical care, physical care, doctors, psychiatrists, staff therapists, and education in partnership with a charter school. Reconnecting with the community and, where appropriate, family and relatives is also part of the Circle of Care, with mentoring, family, and group therapy.

Water for Good is a faith-based, non-profit organization committed to creating a future where no one dies from a preventable WASH-related disease. In partnership with local churches and leaders, they help communities establish access to reliable water and critical sanitation and hygiene practices—ensuring sustainable change, empowered citizens, and healthy futures.
