Director of Next Steps

Grace Church is seeking a high-capacity leader who integrates vision, systems, and shepherding into a cohesive strategy that helps thousands of people take their next steps with Jesus. This role is responsible for aligning and leading the ministries that help people move beyond the weekend experience and into meaningful spiritual growth, connection, and mission. The Director of Next Steps oversees the strategies and teams for: Spiritual Formation, Grace Groups, Global Missions, Local Outreach,  Evangelism, and Follow Up.

Video Specialist

The Video Specialist is someone who will help tell people’s stories and share God’s love through the art of storytelling.
